Many people are surprised to find out that Norse Home is a non-profit. It’s how we were founded and continue to operate, with the welfare and affordability for our residents in mind. As we prepare to advance Norse Home’s vision for the future, we would like to invite you to participate in our new donor opportunities. Every dollar you contribute enhances the lives of our current residents and all the residents to come.
Norse Home is an official 501(c) 3 non-profit, non-sectarian organization. We thank you for your fully tax-deductible contribution towards Norse Home’s fundraising needs and our valuable mission towards the senior community. Contact our Public Relations Department for any inquiries concerning donations, our services, or our upcoming events.
Please send your kind donation and any special requests concerning your contribution with the form provided below to:

Our roof is over 20 years old, and needs replacing–all 12,810 square feet of it. The need is so great, that the Boeing Employees Community Fund has provided Norse Home with a grant of $45,000 (Thank You, Boeing Employees!!). However, we will lose that funding if we don’t raise the remainder of the cost before the end of this year. Your gift, of any amount, will move us closer to the goal of $157,000. We sincerely thank you for your donation.
We are seeing an increasing number of seniors outliving their savings and needing care/services they are now unable to afford. Recently, Norse Home has granted over $560,000 to those in need. As a non-profit community, we support all of our residents with compassion, respect, and resourcefulness while providing a ‘home for life’.
We need to accommodate new Assisted Living Residents and renovate two additional floors to meet flex licensing standards. These changes will allow a senior to remain in their apartment versus having to move to a different floor when Assisted Living Services are needed.
Our 18-year-old van is beginning to make those “I’m not going to be around much longer” noises. This van offers residents the opportunity to do their own shopping for groceries, clothing, and other personal items. Other uses include weekly sightseeing, attending events and going out to restaurants.
If you would like to honor a loved one, we can add a newly inscribed brick to our beautiful garden courtyard path at a cost of $125 for one, or $200 for two. All proceeds benefit Norse Home residents and programs.
