Please join us this Holiday season for two exciting events!
On December 8th 2013, we will be hosing our annual Holiday Bazaar as well as our annual Julebord Fundraiser! Our annual Holiday Bazaar will be from 3 pm to 5 pm. Featuring hand-made crafts, art, Scandinavian baked goods, gift baskets and unique holiday gifts at GREAT prices! Bazaar admission is FREE and open to the public and will be located at Norse Home in our private dining room.
Our fourth annual Julebord fundraiser will be later in the evening from 5 pm to 8 pm. This Gala dinner event will benefit senior residents in need of financial assistance. We will be featuring traditional Scandinavian favorites such as; pinnekjØtt, lutefisk, meatballs, lefse, pickled herring and don’t forget the aquavit! New this year we will be offering our guests a chance to win at our Gift Frenzy where everyone’s a winner! We will also be having a 50/50 Jackpot Raffle; last years’ winner took home $1,000! Tickets are available in advance and at the event for just $1 each (need not be present to win) Traditional Scandinavian costumes are encouraged for this event but not required.
